Account Management
QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2022 Accounting software is used by the Bookkeeper for maintaining our financial records, recording bank transactions, and sending quarterly statements via email, or hard copy if requested, to homeowners. For security, the Associations Treasurer collects payments, does the banking, and sends the deposit data and disbursement records to the Bookkeeper to update homeowner and vendor records. The Associations Secretary maintains HOA records required per Oregon Statutes.
