Board of Directors
West Eugene Village HOA is governed by a five-member board of directors elected by the homeowners of West Eugene Village. All board members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their work. The Board of Directors are responsible for establishing policies and procedures consistent with the CC&R’s and ByLaws of West Eugene Village HOA. The board has hired a part-time bookkeeper who is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the HOA.
The West Eugene Village’s Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Special meetings and work sessions would be scheduled as needed. Currently, meetings are held at the board presidents home and are open to all West Eugene Village homeowners. Homeowners are welcome to share ideas or make comments during the open homeowner forum.
To be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, a person must be a homeowner in the West Eugene Village HOA and be in good standing. Elections are held annually in October at the HOA’s annual meeting. Board members are elected to two-year terms. In the event of a mid-year vacancy, the remaining board members may elect a replacement to serve the balance of the unexpired term.
The principal officers of the West Eugene Village HOA Board of Directors are: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member at Large. Any current homeowner who is interested in volunteering for the board should contact one of the current members of the Board of Directors.
